St Mary's Lighthouse
After dropping my daughter off at Durham Uni I had a few days planned camping over in Northumberland. This shot of St Mary's Lighthouse Whitley Bay was my first location heading North. It was really windy with heavy showers, so decided to go for a longer exposure and then convert to black and white image. I was struck how quickly the tide came in and only just made it back from the Lighthouse as the water covered the causeway.
